Refund policy
Nomadic Guarantee.
Every Nomadic watch is subjected to a rigorous set of tests to ensure its precision and reliability. Our rock solid confidence in the quality of our craftsmanship and attention to detail, allows us to offer a lifetime guarantee on all our watches.
- All Nomadic watches are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. Accessories are covered by a limited 12-month warranty.
- A new watch is initially guaranteed for a period of 5 years. To maintain the lifetime guarantee requires your watch to be serviced by Nomadic, every 5 years. Upon servicing we will then extend your guarantee for another 5 years.
- Warranty terms cover manufacturing defects of the watch do not extend to damage arising from improper use, normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, alteration, misuse, negligence, or otherwise not arising from defects of material or workmanship.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Our lifetime warranty does not apply for the following conditions:
- Damages beyond normal wear and tear.
- Accidental damage from improper handling, negligence, lack of care, and/or acts of nature.
- Scratches or other blemishes from everyday wear.
- Any repairs needed from water damage. All our watches are pressure tested prior to shipment. It is important the crown is in the closed position during exposure to water. Nomadic will not be responsible for any water damage arising from improper crown closure
- Straps, bracelets, buckles and clasps are covered by a standard 24 month warranty only.
- Any damages incurred from unauthorised work to the watch.
- Watches older than 5 years which have not been serviced by Nomadic.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
We are confident you will enjoy your stunning Nomadic watch as much as we do. However if for any reason you change your mind and would like to make a return, we are happy to issue a full refund within 30 days.
- All goods must be in a new, un-worn, resalable condition the product must not be defective or used by the client and contain all original parts and accessories. This must include all original packaging and tags.
- We may decline a return or exchange during the process if the items returned have been damaged or any of the above stipulations have not been met.
-Any items returned for refund or exchange without original documentation or without return form will be rejected.
-Please clearly state on the invoice/return form the reason for return or exchange and whether you require a refund or exchange.
-Products can be exchanged for a different size or colour of the same product, provided that the preferred size or colour is available in stock.
-This option is available within 30 days of the delivery and item must not be used in that period.
-If the preferred size or colour is not available, or you want a different product, please return the unwanted product, and place a new order.
-Returns will be processed within 7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
-It sometimes takes up to 14 days to appear in your bank statement as bank processes vary by the institutions.
-Please note that refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
How to make a return
You can request a return number by contacting us at returns@nomadicwatches.com stating your order number and the reason for the return. Take care to package your item appropriately to ensure no damage occurs during transit.
